I made the regular Tawook[@rev]. I actually prepped this a few days before so it had a lot of time to marinate.
It was very good as usual. I do wish I could get it to stick less to the grill. But otherwise it was pretty tasty!
Also served with grilled broccolini and tahini sauce[@rev]. And some way-overgrown radishes (that weren't very good). And store bought flat bread
